We register your domain (or re-wire your existing one), set up reliable hosting, and configure all the technical foundations behind the scenes.

We send you a working draft to review. Two rounds of tweaks included, so you can fine-tune it before we go live.

We launch your site and double-check everything's working. After launch, your monthly plan covers hosting, monitoring, and unlimited text changes.

How long does it take?
Most sites go live in 2-3 weeks from the kickoff call. We work around our clients' schedules, so the exact timing depends on how quickly reviews and sign-offs can happen on your end. With everything ready to go, 2 weeks is comfortable.
Do I need to provide hosting or a domain?
No. We sort all of that for you. Hosting and domain registration is included in the $110/month + GST care plan. If you already have a domain, we'll help move it over. Additional domains are extra.
Can you set up business email too?
Yes, professional email at your domain is available as an add-on. Just ask at the kickoff call and we'll get it sorted as part of your build.
Can you write the copy for me?
Yes. We use AI to get a first draft moving quickly, then we polish it together. You set the direction and tone, we refine the wording. Text edits are all inclusive, so you can relax knowing changes can be made at any time.
Do I need to supply photos for the site?
No. We build your site with default photos and graphics included, so you'll have something polished from day one. If you'd rather use your own, just send them through during the kickoff. And if you'd like professional photography, we can refer you to a partner.
What if I need an online shop?
We specialise in small, fast one-page sites for service based businesses, we don't do e-commerce. If you need an online shop, we're happy to point you to someone who specialises in that.
Do you do multi-page sites?
Our standard offer is a one-pager, it's faster, cheaper, and suits most small businesses brilliantly. If you genuinely need multiple pages (think long service menus, large team bios, or a blog), just ask. We can scope a custom build.
Can I edit the site myself?
Not directly, and we've made that choice on purpose. In our experience, most clients found wrestling with editors more hassle than it was worth, and ended up paying someone to fix it anyway. So we built it in. Your monthly fee covers unlimited minor changes, things like text edits or swapping out an image. Updating a staff name, phone number, or refreshing a photo? Just send us an email, no fiddly editor, no extra invoice.
Do I own the website?
Yes, you own it all, domain, content, design. The site is built on modern code, not a drag-and-drop builder, which is what makes it fast, secure, and easy for us to maintain. If you ever want to move on, we'll hand over a zip file of your site that another developer can host elsewhere.
How do I request changes?
Two easy ways. Email us directly, or use the built-in commenting tool on your staging site to mark up exactly what you'd like changed. Text edits and image swaps are always included at no extra charge. New content (like extra pages or fresh copy) is charged by the hour.
